Starting from scratch & now you
You haven't trained in a while, or ever. I start by meeting you exactly where you are. No assumed knowledge, no commentary, nothing you're supposed to already know how to do.
One-to-one training in Sydney, at whatever gym you already pay for, or a park, or your living room. I come to you.

Two answers is all I need to start the conversation. Set them here and the message writes itself.
Where you are and what you're after. No form, no callback queue.
Your gym, a park, your home, or a studio floor. Nothing new to join.
Built from your life and your starting point, not from a template.

A date is already in the calendar: a half, a marathon, HYROX, an obstacle race. I've run all of it, and I turn up on the morning alongside the people I train.
The training isn't the hard part. Fitting it in is. Sessions happen where you already are, so the commute stops being the reason the week falls apart.
I don't just programme the distances. I've finished the Sydney Marathon three times and run more than twenty half marathons. I competed in bodybuilding, dropping ten kilos in twelve weeks to get on stage under ten percent body fat.
I know the other side of it too: losing motivation mid-block, a big goal sitting overhead, weeks in contest prep where the discipline felt unsustainable and I had to keep showing up anyway.
All of it & now you.
My favourite moment so far. A client arrived with a real desire to change, and I channelled that into a structured plan: overhauling their nutrition and building a routine of cardio and strength they could actually keep to.
Over the following months they lost fifteen kilograms. Watching someone change physically and mentally across that stretch is exactly why I do this.

Tell me where you are and I'll tell you whether I can get there.
Whatever gym you already pay for. I work with the equipment that's there.
Parks, tracks and stairs — where most of the running and event preparation happens anyway.
Sessions in your own space, with or without equipment. Useful when the week is tight.
Private studio floors I coach out of, if you'd rather train somewhere set up for it.
Nobody should have to pretend they know what these mean.
Tell me what you're after and where you are, and I'll tell you what it looks like from there.
